How far in advance should I reach out?+

As early as you can. Availability and the amount of planning required vary by event, but you're welcome to inquire even if your plans are still taking shape.

Do you only work in Ottawa?+

Live It Up primarily serves Ottawa and surrounding areas. If your event is farther away, send an inquiry and include the location so travel requirements can be discussed.

What if I don't know which package I need?+

That's completely fine. Select “Not sure yet” on the form and describe what you need help with. I'll recommend the most appropriate level of support when I follow up.

Can I request something outside the listed packages?+

Yes. Custom Event Planning is available for events or combinations of services that don't fit neatly into a standard package.
